Ehsaas Tahafuz Program Eligibility
Ehsaas Tahafuz Plan is a sehat sahulat social initiative that aims to provide financial support in treating different diseases. This plan was started first in holy family Hospital Rawalpindi. Gradually it expanded throughout the country in Punjab, KPK, Balochistan, sind, Azad Kashmir and Gilgit Baltistan. Currently Ehsas Tahafuz initiative is functional in 14 tertiary care Teaching Hospitals.

Ehsas Tahafuz Program Card / Online Apply
The Ehsaas Tahafuz application applied online in 2024 has been started, and you can register through two methods.

How to get Ehsaas tahafuz program card ?
Determining Eligibility: The Tahafuz Program aims to assist vulnerable communities, explicitly targeting widows, orphans, and individuals with disabilities.
Necessary Documentation: It is important to carefully review the program’s application requirements to ensure that you are providing all the necessary documentation. Applicants who fail to follow these instructions may have their applications delayed or rejected. A proof of identity, proof of residency, and proof of income are all included.
Application Submission: The Tahafuz Program card application can be submitted online or in person at the designated Ehsas Tahafuz Program Center. Information and documents must be provided accurately during the application process
Verification Process: Once your application is received, the government will review and verify the submitted information meticulously. Tahafuz Program cards are awarded to those who meet all the eligibility requirements.

Instructions for Ehsaas Tahafuz Program (registration)
Do not give a single penny to anyone for applying the Tahafuz initiative. It is free of cost, and delivery time is on the spot same day. E-khidmat Markez timing is 9:00 am to 5:00 pm from Monday and Saturday with a Lunch break from 1:00 pm to 2 pm. E-Khidmat Markaz will be closed for Juma prayer from 12:30 pm – 2:30 pm.
